OSHA 10 Curriculum: (2days - 5hrs per day)

Introduction to OSHA, Fall Protection, Electrical, Struck by, Caught in/between, Personal Protective Equipment, Health hazards in construction, Tools-hand and power, Scaffolds, Excavation and Stairs ways and ladders.


OSHA 30 Curriculum: (4days - 7.5hrs per day)

Introduction to OSHA, Fall Protection, Electrical, Struck by, Caught in/between, Personal Protective Equipment, Health hazards in construction,

Stairways and ladders, Managing safety and health, Fire protecting and preventing, Materials Handling, Tools-Hand and power, Welding and cutting, Scaffolds, Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Elevators, Conveyors, Motors vehicles, Mechanized equipment, Marine operations, Rollover protective structures, Overhead protection, Signs, Signals, Barricades, Excavation, Concrete, Masonry Construction, Steel erection, Safety health program, Confine space entry, Powered industrial vehicles and Ergonomics.


General Industry 29 CFR 1910 OSHA 10 & 30 hr. cards.
