COVID-19 Safety First

At RGR Training Center everyone shall be monitor and temperature check! Safety is a priority. Once temperature check completed RGR provides mask to each individual.

Every individual person will be ask the following questions:
 
1. Do you have any symptoms like fever, cough, shortness of breath or respiratory diseases? 

2. Are you currently experiencing a fever (greater than 100.4 F or 38.0 C) OR symptoms of lower respiratory illness such       as cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing?

3. Have you been in close contact ** with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID ‐ 19? 

4. Have you been in close contact with someone who may have COVID ‐ 19, but have not yet been confirmed? 

5. Are you currently in close contact with someone, such as a family member who is experiencing symptoms or has   
    been confirmed as positive for COVID19? 

6. Have you recently traveled to / from any of the CDC‐issued Level 2 or 3 risk areas?
